Jack Jackson is founding partner of LOGOS Financial Advisors LLC. Previously, he was a Managing
Director, Financial Institutions Group, McColl Partners LLC. Prior to that Jack was a Principal,
Member of the Commitment Committee, Managing Director, and FIG Group Head of Donaldson,
Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation. Before DLJ, Mr. Jackson was a Shareholder, Member of the
Board of Directors, Managing Director, and FIG Group Head of Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc. Mr.
Jackson was an early participant in the consolidation of the banking industry, serving as one of the
original incorporators and first three officers of First Alabama Bancshares, now known as Regions
Financial. With over 20 years of investment banking experience and 10 years of commercial banking
experience, Jack has completed approximately 81 mergers and 36 securities offerings.
